Design Alpino makes use of the company L&M S.r.l. for the management and marketing of the furnishing products and furnishing accessories present on the website www.designalpino.it/en, using the Design Alpino brand, and hereinafter referred to as Design Alpino.
L&M srl has its registered office in C.so Re Umberto, 56 – 10128 Turin – VAT IT12632750019.
Through the website www.designalpino.it/en and specifically in the SHOP section, Design Alpino receives and manages orders from customers and delivers all over the world.
At the time of the order, the Customer must provide, using the appropriate form, all the data necessary in order to be able to correctly fill in the invoice. In the case of purchase by a non-Italian company but in any case from a country belonging to the European Union, by forwarding the order it will have to enter the company data including the VAT number (Vat Code).
For each order placed, Design Alpino will issue an electronic invoice which it will send to the SDI (Sistema di Interscambio) and, when the goods are sent, it will send the customer via e-mail a shipment tracking link and a courtesy invoice attached. .

No changes will be possible after the invoice has been issued.

The prices indicated on the website www.designalpino.it/en are inclusive of Italian VAT.

The “”availability”” of the product displayed on www.designalpino.it/en is purely indicative, as they are often handcrafted products with a low circulation and therefore with the possibility of simultaneous purchases by several users. For this reason, Design Alpino reserves the right, once the order has been received, to check the effective availability of the goods and, failing that, to promptly notify the customer of the non-acceptance of the order received. It will be the responsibility of Design Alpino to provide alternative solutions to the Client.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Design Alpino by reply via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will re-propose an order identification number and all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and to promptly communicate any corrections. Subsequently, Design Alpino having verified the availability of the goods and the accuracy of the Customer data, will send the acceptance of the contract by e-mail.

The contract stipulated between the Customer and Design Alpino is to be considered concluded only after the sending of the e-mail accepting the contract. By placing an order on the website www.designalpino.it/en, the Customer declares to have read the conditions of sale, the payment methods proposed and the entire purchase procedure.

With express reference to articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/89, the Customer will receive, via e-mail, all the information necessary for the identification of the seller, information that the Customer must keep together with the e-mail of acceptance of the contract.
