WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR PRODUCTS?

Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen product and its availability. However, we always aim to deliver products within 10-15 working days from the order date. In any case, we will provide you with a tracking code to monitor the shipment status.

 

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, PayPal in 3 installments, bank transfer, 12-month installment with SOISY, and Satispay. For payments by credit card and PayPal, you will be redirected to a secure page to enter payment information. WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will ask you to provide us with a detailed description of the problem and some photos to verify the condition of the product in order to assess the damage and offer you an appropriate refund. If the damage is very serious, we will replace the product or if the product is no longer available, we will provide a full refund.

 

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I DON’T LIKE IT?

Yes, you can return a product within 14 days from the delivery date if you are not satisfied with the purchase. Please contact us to arrange the return, and we will provide you with shipping instructions. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received, with its original packaging.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PRODUCT I ORDERED IS NOT AVAILABLE?

If the product you ordered is not available, we will notify you within 48 hours of receiving the order and offer you the option to choose an alternative product or cancel the order. In case of order cancellation, we will refund the full amount paid.

 

DO YOU OFFER THE POSSIBILITY TO CUSTOMIZE PRODUCTS?

Some products can be customized with text, a logo or different dimensions, but it depends on the chosen product. Please contact us for more information about customizable products.

 

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping costs are free in Italy for shipments over €250 including VAT. For lower amounts or different countries, please refer to the table at the following link: https://www.designalpino.it/en/shipping-info 

The delivery will be made on the ground floor of the address indicated in the order; any requests from the customer for transport to upper or lower floors than the ground floor will be considered additional services and therefore calculated separately based on what the courier charges for such service.

 

WHAT ARE THE CUSTOMS FEES FOR NON-EU SHIPMENTS?

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties and import taxes which will be charged to the recipient once the package arrives at its destination. These customs duties and import taxes are not included in our shipping fee and are the responsibility of the recipient. If you have any questions or doubts about this, please contact your local customs office before placing an order.

No, at the moment, we do not offer paid assembly and installation services for our products.

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE WHERE I CAN SEE YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE PURCHASING THEM?

Certainly, we have a showroom in Sauze d’Oulx (TO) – Italy, at Via Asietta, 1, where you can find many of our e-commerce products. Those not present in the store can still be viewed online in the “Products” section of our website. In any case, we are at your disposal for any information or doubts regarding our products.
